We analyze data and metrics
Interpreting the data we lay the groundwork for reaching an optimized, high-performance Workplace. We determine actual existing occupancy costs ($/FTE, $/RSF, etc.) and utilization. We analyze qualitative and quantitative data on operations, workflow, adjacencies, staff counts, and individual worker requirements. We review the support spaces for meeting and collaboration, equipment, technology infrastructure, and other amenities.
We build new workplace models
We create the models for change in your Workplace, and the programs implementing these new models. We propose workable strategies to implement “distributed” or mobile work programs.
We recommend and select furniture and equipment that support the new models, drawing from a wide selection of available products that meet your specific needs
We supervise the design, specification, and implementation of these new workplace models, through your preferred Designer/Architect or a qualified Workplaces Inc partnering firm.

We build networks and systems that incorporate required security and technology, providing a seamless interface and world-wide connectivity. We write the policies and procedures that insure acceptance and accountability, to win the support your mobile workers and management. We design the physical space to support the needs of the mobile workers when they are on site — their need for community, collaboration, and technology.
